In 1999，National Coal Water Mixture Engineering Technology Research Center set up National Coal Water Mixture Additive Research Institute in our company. In 2002, approved by People's Government of Jiangsu Province, our established Jiangsu Surface and Interface Chemical Engineering and Technological Research Center. And our company is attached to Interface Science and Engineering Committee, Chinese Society for Composite Materials.

Now in our company, there are 3 doctoral tutors, 6 professors, 7 associate professors, 5 lecturers, 15 engineering technicians, 3 postdoctors, 12 doctoral candidates and 28 master candidates. We recruit 10 postgraduates each year on average. Now we have formed a engineering and technological group of reasonable structure and strong development ability.

In Nanjing University, we have a modern laboratory covering an area of 400m².

Now we have two subcompanies: Jiangsu Heyi New Chemical Material Co., Ltd. mainly produces high-efficient coal water mixture and other fine chemicals or polymers; Nanjing Heyi Chemical Co., Ltd. mainly produces and trades industrial new-type inorganic materials including molecular sieves, silica gel and composite silica gel, etc.

And we have tow production bases: Xingang Development Zone Base covers an area of 8000m², with 3000m² of factory buildings, three production lines, and annual output of 15,000 tons of surface fine chemicals such as high-efficient coal water mixture additive, water coal slurry and cement water reducing agent; Jiangdu Production Base covers an area of 11000m², with 8000m² of factory buildings, five production shops and annual output of 3,000 tons of molecular sieves, and 500 tons of silica gel and composite silica gel.
